1.Digital Transformation of Contract Management: By embracing digital solutions for contract management, we aim to streamline operations and reduce paper usage. This shift not only enhances efficiency but also minimizes our environmental footprint by cutting down on physical resources.
2.Creation of Internal Environmental Sustainability Training: We recognize the importance of education in driving change. Therefore, we’ve developed comprehensive training materials to educate and empower our employees about environmental sustainability. This initiative ensures that every member of our team is equipped with the knowledge and tools to contribute to our sustainability objectives.

GOAL #1:
Digital transformation of contract management
RESULT:
Our main aim is to kickstart CompuNet’s digital transformation in contract management—a substantial shift, not just a minor adjustment. Historically, our contract process involved printing and storing each contract in file cabinets at our Meridian, ID headquarters.
After six months of extensive evaluations, we chose IronClad software, finalizing the contract in August 2023. We then spent two months on proof of concept and implementation, starting application integration in November 2023 and became production ready in December 2023.
We’re excited about IronClad’s potential to reduce paper usage and drive our digital transformation. Its adoption marks a crucial step in our efforts to overhaul contract procedures, reducing our reliance on paper and physical storage.
These efforts will minimize our environmental impact and optimize our storage utilization. By digitizing contracts and embracing electronic transmission, we aim to eradicate paper use entirely, promoting efficiency, eco-friendliness, and potentially reducing our need for physical space. This transformation aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.

Creation of Internal Environmental Sustainability Training.

That’s why we’ve meticulously developed an all-encompassing training program, enriched with valuable partnership resources focusing on environmental sustainability for our team. This endeavor goes beyond mere information sharing; it’s about empowering each employee with essential knowledge and practical tools.
Our objective was to curate captivating and instructive materials, fostering a profound understanding of environmental sustainability among our workforce. This comprehensive training covers pivotal aspects: explaining the importance of Environmental Sustainability, defining emission scope, sharing our mission statement, Corporate Social Responsibility, commitments, goal statements for 2022 and 2023, and showcasing impactful partner programs like the Cisco Environmental Sustainability Specialization.
This initiative isn’t solely about relaying facts; it’s about cultivating a culture of accountability and proactive engagement. It’s about equipping our team with the insights and resources necessary to drive tangible change on our collective path toward environmental sustainability.
